Agensy Team

Our Story

Agensy started the way most family businesses do: over conversations at the kitchen table. Ariel, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor with 30+ years in geriatric care management, kept describing the software she wished she had. Her brother Emerson, who'd spent 25 years leading software teams, kept saying "we should build that." Kcie, a fellow LCSW and clinical faculty at UT Austin, joined to keep the product grounded in real clinical work.

Every day in the care management practice Ariel runs, she uses structured forms, checklists, and assessments to help clients navigate complex transitions, moving into memory care, advocating for a safe hospital discharge, or creating long-term care plans. We've seen how a little clarity and organization can prevent mistakes, save families money, and, most importantly, protect quality of life.

Why We Created Agensy

The truth is, most families never get access to a professional care manager. Care management services are often concentrated in large cities and cost $150–$200 an hour, putting them out of reach for many. Yet we know that even short-term intervention with the right tools can change everything.

That's why we created Agensy: to make care management knowledge and structure accessible to everyone.

Agensy teaches you how to use the same proven tools we rely on with our clients, practical forms, checklists, and strategies to:

  • Stay organized during medical appointments and avoid missing critical details
  • Share information easily with family and providers so everyone stays on the same page
  • Reduce confusion and tension when multiple people are helping care for a loved one
  • Anticipate and navigate "hot button" issues like driving safety, medication errors, or resistance to care

We've built in training to help you think like a care manager: how to objectively assess a situation, recognize red flags, and create a plan before crisis hits.

Our Belief

We believe everyone deserves access to the same knowledge, tools, and skill set that we bring into our daily practice. Agensy is the result of more than a decade of refining processes, learning from real-life case studies, and asking: What actually works for families?

Agensy is a central hub that empowers you to manage care with confidence, instead of feeling rushed, confused, or alone.

Our mission is simple: to give you clarity, confidence, and connection in managing care, the way you want it managed.

Through Agensy, we're not just sharing tools, we're sharing the expertise that comes from years of sitting with families during their most challenging moments, learning what truly helps, and refining our approach based on real outcomes.

Every feature, every checklist, every guide in Agensy exists because we've seen it make a real difference in someone's life. This isn't theoretical, it's practical, proven, and ready to help you navigate care with confidence.
