Our commitment

Agensy is designed to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We test our pages for semantic structure, keyboard navigability, screen-reader compatibility, colour contrast, and minimum tap-target size on mobile.

What we test

• Heading hierarchy (exactly one H1 per page, semantic H2/H3 nesting).
• Form labels associated with inputs; explicit required-field indicators.
• Contrast ratios of at least 4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI.
• Focus visibility, every interactive element shows a visible focus ring under :focus-visible.
• Minimum 48×48 px tap targets on touch devices.
• Descriptive alt text on every meaningful image; empty alt on decorative images.
• Inline SVG illustrations include <title> and <desc> with role="img" and aria-labelledby.

If you run into an accessibility barrier anywhere on agensy.com or in the app, please email accessibility@agensy.com. Describe the page or feature, the assistive technology you were using, and what happened. We take every report seriously and respond within one business day.

In the app

Agensy's web application (app.agensy.com) follows the same WCAG 2.1 AA commitment. Key accessibility features include keyboard-operable forms, screen-reader labels on every field, and high-contrast themes for users with low vision. If a specific workflow is giving you trouble, tell us, the product team uses accessibility reports as highest-priority bug fixes.
